You are responsible for any damages caused to property and any property removed from the guest room during your stay.
All rooms must have a valid credit card on file for incidentals or damages.
Cash payment for rooms are accepted but will still require a card on file.
All charges incurred after check-in will be charged automatically to the credit card on file before departure.
All rooms are non-smoking. A $100 cleaning charge will be applied to any guest who ignores this policy and will be determined by housekeeping upon cleaning the room.
Balance of room charges is due upon arrival.
Any valuables left must be secured in room, we are not responsible for lost or stolen property.
Any property found left behind after departure will remain in lost in found.
There is only one room on the property that is dog friendly. Accompanying dogs must be disclosed at the time of reservation. Certified service dogs permitted in any room. There is a non-negotiable and non-refundable $100 pet fee.
The full pet policy is available to be emailed upon request and acceptance of this policy is conditional to check-in.
Failure to disclose any Non-ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) service animal may result in possibility of not having an available room.
There is a $30 cancellation processing fee.
All cancelations must be done within 24 hours of your expected check-in.
If not canceled within 24 hours you will be charged the cost of the room in full.
Other Things to Know
There are no refunds for early check-out
Housekeeping service is offered daily from 8:30am-2pm. Use of the provided “Do Not Disturb” sign during these hours will forfeit these services, however extra room supplies are available at the front desk.
While we completely respect guest privacy. If it so happens the need arises the hotel management services reserve the right to enter any room at any time.
Room rates are quoted for two individuals. Each additional person beyond that is an additional $25 (per night) charge and must be disclosed at time of reservation.
